About Me

Mrs. Kilcoyne's Classroom: THIS BLOG IS A COLLECTION OF GRADUATE SCHOOL ASSIGNMENTS AND PROJECTS. Tiffany teaches 7th grade English at Hurst Junior High in Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD. In the fall of 2025, Tiffany began her 11th year of teaching in Texas; however, she also spent 10 years teaching and serving as a language acquisition coach in France. She has taught every age from babies in daycare to French university students in a “Grande Ecole” outside of Paris. In Crowley ISD, Tiffany was voted Outstanding 7th Grade Teacher of the Year three years in a row. In H-E-B ISD, she represented both her campus and district as Teacher of the Year. Tiffany holds certifications in Secondary English, History, Social Studies Composite, and Reading. In 2022-2023, Tiffany served on the Texas Education Agency's Teacher Vacancy Task Force. She then went on to participate as a Senior Fellow with TEA's Teacher Leadership Fellowship. In the 2024-2025 school year, Tiffany is pursuing a Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis on Curriculum and Instruction.
